Participation Fee

     * The exhibitors may apply up to 4 booths in a line. Please refer to the application form for the price.

     ¥42,000 per square meter
     The exhibitors can apply for any space from 36m² to 400 m²


Deadline for Application

Applications should be filed no later than March 23, 2007, using the application form issued by the show management. All applications must be accompanied by full payment for the total booth space rental and deposits for facilities within one month after the date of invoice.
The exhibition contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the application form with full payment of the booth rental fee and deposits for facilities.


Payment & Cancellation

1Payment
(1) A 50% deposit must accompany all applications, by January 31, 2007. Without deposit, your application will not be confirmed.
(2) Then remit the rest amount by March 23, 2007.
(3) Each remittance must be made by bank transfer to the under-mentioned account.
(4) Remittance charges shall be borne by the exhibitors.
(5) Japanese yen is used for all payments.

1Booth Cancellation
Exhibitors who wish to cancel the application after it has been filed are requested to pay the following cancellation charges in any circumstances. They must notify their cancellation in writing (by fax or airmail). The cancellation will be effective when the show management receives the notification from exhibitors. Exhibitors must notify their cancellation to the show management during office opening hours (9:30a.m. through 5:00p.m. except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in Japan).
The following cancellation fees are applied:
On/before March 23, 2007...50% of total space cost
On/after March 24, 2007...100% of total space cost
